Introduction to DBT
Welcome to Our Introductory Course on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
This course series offers an introductory exploration of DBT. Whether you're a mental health professional, a student, or someone looking better to understand DBT before participating in a program, this introductory course will guide you through some of modes and principles of DBT in an accessible, structured format.
The best part? No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn.
This course provides an introductory overview of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and is intended for educational purposes only to better inform the public on DBT treatment. It is not a substitute for formal clinical training, and does not equip participants to deliver DBT as a program. If you are seeking to deliver DBT professionally in your practice, we strongly encourage pursuing comprehensive training and working under qualified supervision.
