
CUSTOM TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
In-Person or Virtual Custom Training
All on-site and virtual custom training fees are refundable if cancelled at least 20 business days prior to the date of the training. All fees are non-refundable within 20 business days of the initial date of the event. All custom trainings confirmed within 20 business days of the initial date of the event are non-refundable. Please note credit card payment processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
If you cannot attend a particular custom training, we are happy to accept participant substitutions at any time prior to the start of the event, provided that the new participants meet the course prerequisites and knowledge requirements.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any custom training. If a cancellation or reschedule is necessary, we will make every effort to notify you at least 15 business days in advance. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances may require this notification period to be less.
Off-Site Custom Training
All off-site custom training fees are refundable if cancelled at least 2 months prior to the date of the training. All fees are non-refundable within one month of the initial date of the event. All custom trainings confirmed within one month of the initial date of the event are non-refundable. Please note travel, lodging, and credit card payment processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
