HELPING TEENS WHO CUT: HOW CAN WE HELP?

Grounded in current research and best practice, this 75-minute workshop will help participants learn about the functions self-harming behaviours serve for teens, how to differentiate these behaviours from suicide attempts, and moreover, what to do (and not do), in order to help.

*Please note that this is an introductory workshop, and does not serve as a substitute for clinical training in DBT.
